Frequently asked questions
Where do we get our puppies?
WE ARE NOT A PUPPY MILL. We have a group of private breeders who breed pups within the home. Our litters are not pushed. This ensures the health, and socialization of the puppy.
If clients look for specific breeds we dont specialize in, we look for reputable and safe breeders to best fill there requests.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to give refunds after puppies are purchased. We can take puppies off hands if they can give medical, or building issues but no refunds are given.
Do we require deposits?
In all cases we require deposits to assure all puppies are given to the right clientele. We insure safety which means we must take deposits. All deposits are final and non refundable.
What do puppies come with?
Our puppies come with health papers, vaccines, certificates, food, health guarantees and in some cases more. Ins some cases as well we may not have certificates, unless asked for ahead.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
